    I really enjoy the warm hospitality and wonderful food at El Balcon Restaurant in Pembroke Pines! My two favorite ladies there are Cynthia & Cristina. They both are very kind and pleasant. The service they give me is always excellent, and they treat me like family. They always help me in every way possible, and they always greet me with a wonderful smile and "Welcome!" If you like great food and fantastic service go see Cynthia & Cristina at El Balcon.

    I have been living in Florida for a few months now. I have been enjoying trying different foods from Central and South America. I have been to the Pembroke Pines El Balcon de las Americas a couple times now with coworkers and with my family. The food has been consistently amazing. I have tried multiple dishes, the meats are excellent. The staff is great. Cynthia took great care of us. I would highly recommend this place.

    Excellent service and delicious food go hand in hand, and this restaurant offers both. Jose Luis is always very attentive and recommends great items from the menu. We are regulars at this restaurant.

    Exquisite Colombian food. Just one problem.....portions are too much so I leave the place in a come and ready for a hammock for a nap 🤣 is a good thing if you like to eat big portions. Nice ambience and the staff is very attentive to what you may need. Recommend it! ✅

    Decided to try something Colombian and a friend recommended this place. Food was excellent, waitress Cynthia accommodated us with the appetizers my husband I each wanted a different appetizer but too much food for each so she did half what I wanted and the other half what my husband wanted combination 1 appetizer. Service was quick and very friendly. Will definitely go back!
